IMPORTANT: 

Payments for classes, lessons and floor fees are due before services are rendered. Fees for services are non-refundable. Private lessons must be cancelled by 10pm the night before or they will be charged in full.  Group classes run month-to-month, and there are no make-ups or refunds for missed days. First month only will be prorated for new students joining in the middle of the month. All services must be used within 1 year of date of purchase. $30 fee for returned checks.

Students taking private lessons or classes at Ace must list Ace Fencing Academy (ACE) as their primary club for the purposes of USA Fencing registration and competition. Ace coaches will not provide private lessons to students taking regular private lessons with other coaches. 

Whether it's making corrections to your technique, or helping read your opponent's tactical mistakes, having an experienced coach by your side during high-intensity bouts can make all the difference. Coaching fees vary per event based on tournament duration, location, travel expenses, and number of participating Ace fencers, so please clarify with the coaches before your event. Coaching fees and expenses are shared among all Ace Fencing Academy competitors at an event, and coaches will divide their time evenly among participating students.
